ETI-TECH

ETI-TECH is the automatic labeling machine designed by GIEFFEBI TECH for the application of self-adhesive labels on products and packages in various product sectors. The system is designed for high-frequency applications while maintaining control and precision in label distribution.  

Based on production needs, the ETI-TECH automatic labeling machine can be fully customized with applicators and distribution terminals of different lengths and functions.    

Thanks to the customized supports it is possible to integrate a printing unit with thermal transfer or inkjet technology, obtaining a print and apply system that can be integrated in line or used in stand-alone mode.

PHOTOCELL KIT

The photocell kit includes a photocell, a cable and an anchor stand. It allows product presence detection for a correct label application.

The encoder kit includes an incremental encoder, a cable and an anchor stand. It allows line speed detection, automatically adjusting label dispensing speed.

ROLLER KIT

ALARM COLUMN

The alarm column is integrated on the labeling machine for the luminous signaling of any errors. Ex. broken paper, out of paper...
